Freight Forwarding

1 、 Exhibitors can transport exhibiting goods by themselves, can also trust the appointed   official freight transportation agent (shipping department of the international fair centre) All the exhibiting goods should be forwarded in Urumqi before July, 22, 2008 by railway, air or truck. Please write clear indication of exhibiting goods of the 5th Xinjiang International Coal Mining and Exploration Technology and Equipment Exhibition. You also need to give clear indication of the number of exhibiting goods and your detailed address.

3 、 After the exhibiting goods is shipped, please send issuing voucher to Ms Li Qiumei (the lading number of aviation bill can be informed through the facsimile or the telephone), and inform the number of exhibiting goods, weight, the arrival station address, phone and contact person at the same time.

4 、 Every expenses in the course of connecting and transporting of the exhibiting goods are paid by exhibitors.
